Hard to imagine going back
Templates and starter content saved us weeks of setup, and the mobile app is genuinely good (not an afterthought). Support has been responsive and helpful every time we've reached out. Best money we spend each month.

OK for the basics, weaker on the edges
Mixed experience. The mobile app is noticeably behind the web version, and support response times have been inconsistent. When it works, it works well — but it doesn't always.

Really good, with a few quirks
Support has been responsive every time we've opened a ticket, and the product itself is well thought through. Documentation is good for basics but thin on advanced configuration — we figured most things out by trial and error.

Mostly excellent
Cross-team adoption was easier than we expected. There are a few small UX rough edges, but nothing that gets in the way of real work. Would recommend without hesitation.

Helpful, but support is hit or miss
The core workflow is solid, but pricing is hard to swallow once you go past the starter plan. Reporting is decent but customizing dashboards still feels clunky. We're sticking with it for now, but actively comparing alternatives.

Our team actually enjoys using it
I've used most of the competitors over the years and this is the one that finally clicked. Fast, reliable, and the team behind it ships meaningful improvements every month.

OK for the basics, weaker on the edges
Onboarding took longer than we expected and documentation is thin on advanced configuration. Once you're past the learning curve it's genuinely useful, but getting there isn't fun.
