Does the job, but expect tradeoffs

It does what it says on the tin, but you'll feel the rough edges. Notifications can be noisy until you tune them carefully, search sometimes misses obvious matches, and a few advanced features are gated behind the higher tiers. Useful, just not effortless.

    Mixed feelings after six months

Fine for the basics, but we hit limits faster than expected. Integrations covered most of our stack but not all of it, and a few quirks in the UI still trip up new users months in.

    Hot and cold experience

The core workflow is solid, but pricing is hard to swallow once you go past the starter plan. Reporting is decent but customizing dashboards still feels clunky. We're sticking with it for now, but actively comparing alternatives.

    Hard to imagine going back

We rolled this out across the whole team and adoption was almost instant. Performance is fast even with a lot of data, and the integrations covered every tool we already use. Honestly, the only complaint we have is that we didn't switch sooner.

    Decent, but not without friction

Mixed experience. The mobile app is noticeably behind the web version, and support response times have been inconsistent. When it works, it works well — but it doesn't always.
