Best decision we made this year
Templates and starter content saved us weeks of setup, and the mobile app is genuinely good (not an afterthought). Support has been responsive and helpful every time we've reached out. Best money we spend each month.

Replaced three tools with this one
Integration with our existing stack was painless and the API is well documented. We've scaled usage 4x without any performance issues. A genuinely well-built product.

Mixed feelings after six months
It does what it says on the tin, but you'll feel the rough edges. Notifications can be noisy until you tune them carefully, search sometimes misses obvious matches, and a few advanced features are gated behind the higher tiers. Useful, just not effortless.

Useful, but pricing is hard to swallow
Fine for the basics, but we hit limits faster than expected. Integrations covered most of our stack but not all of it, and a few quirks in the UI still trip up new users months in.

A genuine 10x for our workflow
Cross-team adoption was easier than expected because the UI is clean and the defaults are sensible. AI features actually feel useful rather than gimmicky. It quietly does its job and gets out of the way — exactly what you want.
