I've used most of the competitors over the years and this is the one that finally clicked. Fast, reliable, and the team behind it ships meaningful improvements every month.

Solid choice for most teams
Performance is fast even with a lot of data, and the integrations cover most of what we need. Notifications can be noisy until you tune them carefully, but once configured it's a great daily driver.

Great daily driver
Cross-team adoption was easier than we expected. There are a few small UX rough edges, but nothing that gets in the way of real work. Would recommend without hesitation.

Game changer for our team
Templates and starter content saved us weeks of setup, and the mobile app is genuinely good (not an afterthought). Support has been responsive and helpful every time we've reached out. Best money we spend each month.

Solid foundation, rough edges
Fine for the basics, but we hit limits faster than expected. Integrations covered most of our stack but not all of it, and a few quirks in the UI still trip up new users months in.

Fine, but I keep eyeing alternatives
The core workflow is solid, but pricing is hard to swallow once you go past the starter plan. Reporting is decent but customizing dashboards still feels clunky. We're sticking with it for now, but actively comparing alternatives.

Excellent value if you can live with the limits
Overall a really strong product. Templates and starter content saved us weeks of setup, and the core workflow is excellent. The only thing holding back a perfect score is that a few advanced features are gated behind the higher tiers.
